Event Application

If your musical group, business, organization, product or activity would like to participate in any of the Koreshan State Park’s seasonal events, please and fill out the application below.

Application submission does not guarantee your space at an event. Do NOT send vendor fees with application.

If approved, we will email you a state park Vendor & Demonstrator Authorization agreement to fill out and return with your fee, if applicable.

Saturday/Sunday, March 14th & 15th 2020, 8 am – 1 pm. Quilt-related crafts, demonstrators and seamstresses/seamsters are encouraged to join this unique event. Show off your old engines and motors! Vendors allowed: antiques, antique engines (parts and/or actual engines), quilts, handmade items, food, or non-for profit/education only. Manufactured/retail items or businesses not permitted. Camping not permitted in the historic settlement area; campground sites have been reserved for antique engine demonstrators. Vendor fee (selling) – $25/day, $45 both days, Not-for-profit/educational vendor fee – $15/day Non-selling participant, Government Agency or Musical Group/Musician – Free. Saturday, October 24, 2020, 3 pm - 7 pm. A family-friendly event. Bring your kids out for our Trunk-or-Treat with local community businesses. We have a lot in store this year with kid’s games, story time with a Librarian. The park will be decorated with our ghoulish decorations perfect for this Halloween event. Businesses/organizations are free to set up for the event as long as they participate in the trunk or treat and hand out candy to children. Any vendor selling items during the event are $25/space. Saturday/Sunday, December 5th & 6th 2020, 10 am – 4 pm. Kid’s games, Santa, story time with a librarian, Toy Drive, Florida “snow," and more. The park will be decorated in classic/old-fashioned Holiday decorations. Vendors allowed: handmade items, food, or non-for profit/education only. Manufactured/retail items or businesses not permitted. Camping not permitted in the historic settlement area. Vendor fee (selling) – $50/day or $90/both days, Not-for-profit/educational vendor fee – $15/day, Government Agency or Musical Group/Musician– no charge.
