Inside the Earth: A Koreshan Evening
February 7, 2025 | 6:30–9:00 PM
Step inside the historic Koreshan settlement after hours and experience the Koreshan settlement in a relaxed, magical evening glow.
Stroll along softly illuminated paths as live piano and dulcimer music drifts through the night. Sample delicious desserts from local vendors, and watch demonstrations of pioneer-era skills and crafts. As you explore the beautifully lit historic grounds, you’ll encounter costumed volunteers sharing stories of the Koreshan Unity and their unique vision that shaped this community more than a century ago.
Whether you’re a longtime friend of the park or a first-time visitor, this evening promises a blend of history, music, and old-fashioned Florida ambiance—offering “so much more” than an ordinary night out.
Parking is limited, so carpooling is strongly encouraged. Help us reduce traffic and protect the historic settlement by sharing a ride with family, friends, or neighbors — or consider biking in, walking in, or getting dropped off. Every option helps preserve the park and creates a better experience for everyone.
For guests arriving without a vehicle
Bringing a bus or large group? Buses are absolutely welcome, but advance planning is required. Please contact Jennifer.Grow@FloridaDEP.gov to coordinate parking and group pricing.
See you there!
